Visualizing Value Chain Insights for Localization Potential

The Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources leads the industrial and mining sectors, with a goal to diversify the economy through innovation-driven services and products. However, the Ministry faced challenges in expanding local production capacity due to complex value chains and difficulties in identifying key HS codes for localization. These obstacles hindered their ability to optimize resources and effectively achieve strategic objectives. nuSoft addressed these challenges by integrating multiple data sources and creating custom Power BI visualizations, streamlining reporting and significantly improving efficiency.
